Audi’s second generation TT might’ve been launched in 2006, but there’s life in the sportscar yet – Audi SA has announced the addition of an entry-level model to the range.
The 1.8T FSI will be offered in the Coupe bodystyle only. It will feature Bluetooth, Xenon Plus headlights with LED daytime running lights, a radiator grille with restyled single frame, new 17-inch alloy wheels and a multifunction steering wheel (with paddle shifters on the S tronic model) as standard.
The engine generates 118kW of power and has a peak torque figure of 250Nm. According to Audi, its fuel consumption over a combined cycle is 6.4 litres/100km, while its CO2 emissions are 149g/km.
